I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right next to Gloucester Road station in the beautiful Kensington neighborhood. It was also close to nice pubs and restaurants, perfect for exploring the local area. The staff here were excellent, always friendly and efficient. They made sure that my apartment was spotless and well-equipped. The modern decor was a nice touch, creating a stylish and comfortable ambiance. I was very impressed with the quality of service and facilities provided.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. From the excellent location to the friendly staff and the luxurious apartments, everything about this hotel was exceptional.

Great location within walking distance to subway stations and amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with directions and instructions. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and in-room washer/dryer. The view from the apartment was lovely, overlooking a quiet street and park square. We felt safe and secure.

The lack of air conditioning, particularly noticeable during the heat wave in London. Although fans and portable air conditioners were provided, central air conditioning would have been a great addition to make the hotel even more comfortable in any weather.

The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and clean. The location was great, as it was near the Tube station and close to several bus routes. This made it very convenient for us to explore the main attractions in the city.
